Life lessons (and psychotherapy for the price of a movie ticket) in a film that fits Brendan Fraser perfectly

A rare coincidence in our cinemas last weekend: two Japanese-inspired films. One is the animation Little Amélie (review here), about a Belgian girl who grows up in Japan in the 60s, and the other is Rental Family, a drama about an American actor (Brendan Fraser) who receives an unexpected offer, but difficult to refuse in modern-day Tokyo.
