''Sinners'' becomes the most nominated film in history, with 16 Oscar chances
The vampire musical Sinners breaks the record for nominations obtained by a single film and makes history at the Oscars after being mentioned in no less than 16 categories at the 2026 Oscars. Previous record holders are All About Eve, Titanic and La La Land, all with 14 nominations. At the same time, One Battle After Another becomes the second most nominated film of the edition, with 13 nominations.
